Reichsvereinigung der Juden in Deutschland: Letter F

As I have posted previously, I am gradually preparing a database identifying
all Jews who were required by the Gestapo to register with the
Reichsvereinigung der Juden in Deutschland. I have now compiled 1,613 names
where the family name begins with the letter F. I had previously compiled
names beginning with the letters A,B,C,D,E and L. In each case I have
compared the card information with other non-public information, such as
from the International Tracing Service and the Bundesarchiv's
Residentenliste, and included information on each person's fate, where
known, e.g. deportation, emigration or death at place of residence. Each
card often also includes such information as local address, profession and
name of parents. This information was not included in the database but can
be examined on the card itself.

While all registrants were resident in Germany, usually in the late 1930s,
many were born outside Germany, e.g 87 persons in Posen and even 7 in New
York City.
