Searching for English vital records

Hello,
I have confirmed through DNA that someone is a 2nd cousin of mine on my
paternal side. His grandfather was Jacob Goldstein (the name was changed
from Redstone). The real name was Rutshtein and they are from Kovno area of
Lithuania. Jacob married an Esther Littlestein in 1882 in White Chapel,
London. The immigrated to Chicago in the late 1880's. I would like to find
possibly a marriage certificate that might list Jacob's parent's names and
or Esther's real name and parents. They had one son born in England in 1883
by the name of Isadore Redstone. I know that there is a book at the LDS
Library that has abstracts but is there possibly any other records
available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to
respond to me privately.
