USHMM Makes Encyclopedia of Camps and Ghettos, 1933-1945, Available Online Free Download

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) published the
Encyclopedia of Camps and Ghettos, 1933-1945 documenting over 42,000 camps,
ghettos and other sites of detention, persecution, forced labor run by the
Nazis and their allies. The work is now available online, in PDF format and
may also be downloaded.
If you want to search the volumes online go to:

where both Volume l Early Camps, Youth Camps, and Concentration Camps and
Subcamps under the SS-Business Administration Main Office (WVHA)and Volume
ll Ghettos in German-Occupied Eastern Europe

A survey questionnaire is required to download. Information requested is
