RootsMagic 4, 5 and 6 use SQLite 3 as their database engine so the .rmgc
database files each creates are readable using third party SQLite management
and development tools.

Not sure on this, but doesn't the SQLite "free" version limit you to 100
lines of output per query?

SQLite is officially 'public domain':

There are numerous implementations of SQLite, and I've never seen one
which has any limit on output.

There may be tools that have restrictions, but that's not SQLite itself. See
