SLIR has moved to GitHub

For anyone following the development of SLIR, I moved the project from Google Code to GitHub today. The project URL is now https://github.com/lencioni/SLIR

I hope that GitHub will help facilitate involvement better than Google Code has. So, go make a fork and submit a pull request.
