I am interested in replacing mowser.com and wap.google.com as my cell/mobile portal.  Mowser is dead, and wap.google.com cannot be used on part or as a part of a jump page.

I got phonifier installed and it works fine, except the lack of image resizing.

Obviously, smart lencioni can be used to create thumbnails of jpgs that already live on my server.  But that is not what I wish, I want to <img src="http://coatings.garberfamily.com/family/coatings/slir/?w=100&amp;h=100&amp;c=1x1&amp;i=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov%2Fsfc%2Fsatsfc.gif"/>   or is it just http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/sfc/satsfc.gif

I guess before going on.  Can this be even done?
