Hi,

After using SLIR for a long of time I suddenly get this error:

For example when calling this image:
http://www.kasperkamperman.com/slir/w160-c16:9/wordpress_kk/wp-content/gallery/transpose/transpose_febmuz_1_rico_van_houten.jpg

I know they migrated my server to PHP 5.3, but I've read in another
post that its should work in 5.3 as well.

Any idea what this error might be?

It sounds like you are using an older version of SLIR. Try grabbing the latest from https://github.com/lencioni/SLIR
