I've been trying the "stream" format with one of my Fargo outlines and it's perfect for my needs. I have noticed that the RSS and Twitter icons which used to show up in the navigation have gone missing. I don't know exactly _when_ that happened, although I don't recall there being any template/settings changes done at that time. It's possible I've forgotten something, though.

Seeing this in the web inspector...

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) http://static.smallpicture.com/bootswatch/img/glyphicons-halflings.png

Could that be the problem? I'm using the "stream" template (#streamVersion 2) via globalPrefs.opml.  I notice that scripting.com's menus are using a different mechanism for displaying those icons (Fontawesome?) but don't know how to do that yet.

A copy of the outline is here: http://d.pr/f/18zTT+ and the rendered HTML is here: http://snippets.baty.net/ (I update that via rsync).

For a moment I tried copying the stream template to a #template node in the snippets.opml outline and was planning to just override things there but as soon as I did that the layout changed somewhat and the background images were no longer rendered so I deleted that directive. Don't yet understand why, but that is probably a separate issue. Maybe I still don't get how template inheritance works.

First things first; any ideas why those icons stopped working?

Thanks.

Jack

They're in the footer of the stream template.

Yes. They used to also be in the navigation due to them being part of my custom menu (which I didn't remember that I'd done!). Odd that they just stopped working though. The image files are throwing a 404. Anyway, I've replaced the menus with copies of those in the footer and all is well. It was something simple, as usual. Thank you.
