rss.xml file not rendeing for me automatically

When I render an outline, I am not seeing a new rss.xml file.

I have removed the pack file and the html folder, tried again, and given Dropbox plenty of time to sync to my computer, but I don't think the files is being generated automatically.

I use the JavaScript console to call

cmsRenderBarCursorNow()

manually and that gets it done, and it does end in my S3 bucket too.

I normally use Firefox on Linux, but I tried on Chrome and see the same behavior.
