[www.sljfaq.org/cgi/psc.cgi] Postcodes lookup to be removed

After some deliberation, I've decided to remove the postcode lookup from sljfaq.org. This was previously at www.sljfaq.org/cgi/psc.cgi. 

The reasons I decided to remove it were that 

* it required a fair amount of maintenance work to update the postcodes, which wasn't really being done, 

* it got very few visitors indeed (about a single digit or two digit figure per day), and 

* the necessary work to improve it meant a huge amount of time investment, and unfortunately I don't have the time to spend on improving this at the moment. 

All links to the page have been removed from the sljfaq.org site, and the page itself will be removed in due course.
