[www.sljfaq.org] Update to name-kanji page, also host issues

I've updated the "change your name to kanji" page at www.sljfaq.org to make the following changes:

* The "trial" or equivalent wording is removed.

* The page now stores the converted kana and uses that to make the name.

Also there are a few issues with the web hosts which have led to minor access problems at some times of the day (9am Japan time, 00 UTC).
