I've added a list of headings for navigation at the very top of the FAQ:

http://www.sljfaq.org/afaq/afaq.html

This aids in navigating to the bottom of the page.

I've also updated the following page:

http://www.sljfaq.org/afaq/websites.html

I added one new link, changed one, and removed a dead link. All the other links are still working.
