How to run build in windows system?

Hi,

I want to install the skulpt project in windows 10 system, but I got error message as following:

(py2) D:\Development\skulpt>npm run build

> sku...@1.0.0 build D:\Development\skulpt

> ./skulpt.py dist

'.' is not an internal or external command nor is it a runnable program or batch file

Is there any guide for install skulpt system in win10?
