Skulpt 0.11 time.sleep doesn't work

Hi Guys,

I was woundering if I do somthing wrong or why the sleep function has no effect? Do I have to create a custom suspension handler and pass it in? Would be awsome you also could explain what I could do with custom suspension handlers. At the moment I am executing a for loop with 20,000 prints.  The issue is, print statements appear after the execution finished in the Interactive shell and the browser does not update the cursor type.
