renaming to skdata

There are a few references to the old scikit-data name, which I think is confusing. N. Pinto has recently stepped on my tail again to get rid of such references, most importantly by renaming the project on github.  Any objections?

Ok, I just renamed the repo. So update your .git/config files to point to

https://github.com/jaberg/skdata if you used to be pointing to my
scikit-data fork
