Sbt support for versioning and "statues" ?

I can somone configure the status of its artifacts? I see that in SNAPSHOT the artifact are automatically in "Integration status". Although, i saw that ivy as 3 defaults and optionaly allows you to configure others. My question here is: how do you set the milestone statues? Indeed, i saw that when snapshot is removed, you automatically promote the version to release. finally y extension, how can you set new statues (Just to know) out of the default.

In the same line, 

when adding a dependecy, is possible to support : dynamic revisions ?  In other words, pointing to the latest release or integration/snapshot. 

Maven central only takes release, is there a place to freely publish your integration or milestones online ?
