Error: com.sun.jersey.api.container.ContainerException: No WebApplication provider is present

Hello all,

Please help me debug this bug. Everytime I start a new machine ( image='ubuntu-14.04-64bit-hvm')

Build has the following o/p

and everything looks fine

But onceI run the following cmd 

 ./gradlew jettyRun

I get the following error
