"make test" results in error "ValueError: jpeg is required unless explicitly disabled using --disable-jpeg, aborting"

Attached is the complete error.

Will Jenkins pointed out the error is because of missing jpeg that needs to be installed separately using "brew install jpeg". He furthered explained that this is because of a requirement of a package "Pillow" that was introduced recently.
