DataObjectSorter module

Hi Nicolaas!

Is it necessary to include DataObjectSorter with ecommerce module?
Ecommerce should use SortableGridField?

We will add it as a to do.  there is nothing wrong with DataObjectSorter, AFAIK and it is a bit faster, more efficient.
