Issues with documentation subsystem

Quick question: Anyone here know how I can report a bug in how the documentation performs sub-page linking? It's definitely a bug on the documentation software itself (probably base on SS itself) and not the documentation content.

For example, on the above linked page, I wanted to view specific details for upgrade information on v3.2.0 and that didn't include the last URL segment (probably an "action" on the current page's controller).

Thanks, yeah seems like a docsviewer parsing related thing.
