New core team members

I'm pleased to announce that will have 3 new members in the SilverStripe core team: Daniel Hensby, Will Morgan, and Loz Calver.

All 3 of them have repeatedly provided good contributions to SilverStripe (we keep a close eye on https://www.openhub.net/p/silverstripe/contributors?sort=commits_12_mo) and we believe they will help push the project forward. Another benefit, which relates to some of the other recent discussions, is that we now have more people merging pull requests who don't work at SilverStripe Ltd joining the core team.

Daniel and Will are from London, and Loz from Norwich, so we should get more pull requests merged in other timezones, too!
