Advice on out of the box credit/points system

Hi All,

I am building a web based service which I want to be able to charge out to customers based on the number of times it is used - effectively my customers would be buying credits and each time my system is used I will decrease their credit counter.

Is there an out of the box system which will manage user accounts (username, password, email etc.), accept payments, and manage the credit system via an API which I can easily integrate? Ideally credits could be purchased in batches or on a month by month subscription basis.

I have seen some wordpress plugins which may handle this, but hoping to avoid wordpress for a mode dedicated option. I am comfortable to code this myself but don't want to handle security and obviously avoid reinventing the wheel.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Look into the collection of API management platforms - one of the bigger players is Mashape (who have an open source platform Kong which may also be of interest but doesn't manage the payment and auth side).

use spark at http://spark.laravel.com.

it gives u all subscription option with payment, as well as it gives u the api to integrate.

U will need to have a bit of tech skill to do it.

I have been looking at Laravel as I know PHP well and hadn't seen spark.
