Remove stalled jobs in busy queue

I've tried googling a solution to remove stalled jobs from the busy queue but is unsuccessful. It seems that it is impossible to do so. Currently I have 15 stalled jobs in the busy queue, and the process that processed them appear to be stalled as well, the pid no longer exists but they appear in the busy queue page.

Is there a way to manually force remove the stalled jobs and their processes?
