Is it possible to set concurrency (number of threads) with code?

Is it possible to set Sidekiq.options[:concurrency] using code (the configure_server block perhaps)?

Or is the Yaml file or the command line the only way?

I don't document it but you can set Sidekiq.options[:concurrency] in your initializer.
