help: sidekiq not found / rvm cap sidekick / bundle exec sidekiq ok

hi,

im deploying sidekiq with rvm and ror4 and capistrano. if i cd into a previous repo / release and load the gemset, i can run bundle exec sidekiq. but the cap console stops here:

cd /apps/app_a/production/releases/20151222202644 && ( RVM_BIN_PATH=~/.rvm/bin /usr/local/rvm/bin/rvm default do sidekiq --index 0 --pidfile /apps/app_a/production/shared/tmp/pids/sidekiq-0.pid --environment production --logfile /apps/app_a/production/shared/log/sidekiq.log --config /var/www/current/config/sidekiq.yml --daemon )

saying: 

/usr/local/rvm/scripts/set: line 19: exec: sidekiq: not found

sidekiq stderr: Nothing written

what is going on? need help
