How to Update Products From CSV

hello guys,

I am new to shopify. I have shopify products CSV provided by client and I want to insert or update products. I can't see any product_id in exported csv (which i have google and found that shopify does't not export product ids). Now my question is that how can i know where product to insert or update because ADMIN API get product detail using product id?
