Sending PDF product to Shopify paid customers

Hello! I'm new to the whole Shopify site but just finished setting up my store. The products that I'm selling are PDF files of a 14 Day Shape-Up Plan. My question is how do I set up automatically sending out the file to paid customers? Or some kind of automatic direction for the customers to be able to download the file?

Thank you so much in advance, I'm not a tech whiz so this has been a little tough for me!

Please give http://apps.shopify.com/delivery a shot – Delivery does this sort of thing exactly.
