hyphenation/underscoring regression in XML Orders API

On July 7 at approximately 10am EST Shopify introduced a regression in the Orders XML API.

On September 12, 2012 at 1:14PM EST this issue was fixed. Details follow:

In /orders.xml in note attributes, we originally had described the nodes like this:

    <note-attributes><note-attribute>

They changed to this:

    <note-attributes><note_attribute>

The fix has changed them back.
