Almira Skripchenko and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave meet Yoshiharu Habu and Toshiyuki Moriuchi in Tokyo

Here is an excellent news for chess and shogi !

Jacques Pineau organizes a meeting between Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Yoshiharu Habu and Toshiyuki Moriuchi !

This meeting will take place in Tokyo on september, the 22nd !

Maxime is the current Chess French Champion (joinly with 3 other players this year). He owns 3 French Chess Champion titles.

Maxime will play a shogi game against Habu, at rook handicap.

A few days later, on september the 30th, Almira Skripchenko will meet Yoshiharu Habu and Toshiyuki Moriuchi in Tokyo !

Almira is the current female French Chess Champion. Almira owns 5 female French Chess Champion titles.

Almira will play a chess game with Habu.

Those meetings will be broadcasted on television !
