vps上传速率500KB，下载不到10KB，有可能是什么原因呢？

使用scp测试的，上传速率可以达到500KB/s，下载速率不到10KB/s
上海，长城管带
有可能是什么原因呢？

换电信吧，我的VPS还经常连续超时几个小时不喘气，长宽走的国际出口实在烂到不能用

带宽再大也没用，要电信国际国内精品网，也就是CN2网才行。

上海电信国际出口极度拥堵。晚高峰5k左右，连PSTN拨号都不如。后来电信推出CN2敛财，再到后来CN2超售玩脱，干脆绝版。

我无耻的用了kcptun，不过所有参数都调到了极为保守的设置，不想给国际出口带来太大的压力。
