如何将国内 VPS 作为 L2TP VPN 的中继跳板？

L2TP能实现这样的连接方案么： 
墙内客户端 —（L2TP连接）— 墙内VPS —（转发）— 墙外VPS —（代理访问）—墙外服务 
乃们怎么看？

可以。我现在就是在国内VPS上搭建IPsec VPN，国内VPS通过VPN连国外VPS。
两个VPS之间可以走GRE Tunnel，也可以走VPN。OpenVPN不适合，可以试试SigmaVPN，GoHop（两个我都没用过，我用的是自己写的一个简易的VPN）。
客户端和国内VPS间可以用大部分VPN，也包括L2TP。
国内的VPS上需要配置路由表，可以配置成国外IP走隧道，国内IP走国内出口。同时要用策略路由保证VPS自身IP走国内，不然会导致无法 ssh 服务器。
这种做法的好处是稳定，缺点是国内带宽比较贵。

我现在是家里的网关（ADSL）跟国外的VPS连起来，然后网关上开VPN，自己在外面时通过VPN连回家。缺点是ADSL的上行很小，因此也就是在外面的客户端连上VPN后下行就很小了。

国内的VPS带宽（或流量）都太贵了，求推荐便宜的。。。
