1. 可靠的使用 Puppet/Chef 进行一定规模服务器自动化运维的经验
2. 良好的安全（security）意识，对安全方面问题从技术到策略都有处理和应对经验
3. 了解 Docker 或 Docker 实际项目使用经验
4. 可靠的 bash 经验
5. 具备一定开发经验，拥有良好的代码习惯
6. 了解 Ruby/Rails 技术栈配置
7. 熟悉 Git 使用，了解 Git 工作原理
8. 与开发团队紧密配合协作的经验

歪个楼，

Docker / LXC 里面能上systemd 不 ?

我Docker里面跑 debian 8.0 用systemd的时候报错，，
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Unknown error -1

而且在host里面能够看到 Docker里面的 service 虽然是 not-found
如
● postgresql.service                                                                                             not-found inactive dead      postgresql.service

有可能是我systemd版本还没有support吧

听邻桌的运维大侠说，Docker里面的systemd需要配置。不然会出现很多奇怪的问题。

我在 LXC 里跑 systemd 好久了。反而是 upstart 遇到不少问题得自己修。
当然，要比较新的 systemd，太旧的有问题。我这里有 openSUSE 12.3 / 13.2、
Debian Sid 都跑得好好的。

lxc里跑systemd主要是你开没开namespace相关的那些feature，lxc自己用了namespace，而namespace内部是开不起namespace来的。
如果你没用namespace相关的feature，而且用的是lxc而不是docker，楼上已经说了，没事。
如果你用的是docker，请参考docker社区的讨论。对此我们无可奉告。。。

如果是一般情況, 不行滴.

因為, systemd 需要 CAP_SYS_ADMIN 做些 mount 動作. 其他如果用到如 systemd-networkd 的話, 需要 CAP_NET_ADMIN, 執行愈多 daemon (不一定是 systemd 自動的) 就可能需要愈多的 caps. 所以, docker run 時必須要指定 --privileged, 也就, 嗯~ 不那麼安全了, 因為在 container 裡面的 root 就是真的 root, 執行 "mount -t devtmpfs none /dev", "mount -t proc non /proc", "mount -t sysfs none /sys"... 你的系統就...

一種方式, 將 /usr/lib/systemd/system/*.wants/*, /etc/systemd/system/*.wants/* 刪到能 login 的程度, 減少 service 的啟動, 也許有點機會.

可參考 man 1 systemd-nspawn 中的說明.

在 LXC 里试了一下，devtmpfs 和 sysfs 有效，proc 还是自己那个 proc。

理论上，如果用 user namespace 的话，这些问题应该就都没有了吧？

user namespace 只是做個 container 內外 uid/gid range 的 mapping, 所以如果裡面的 root map 到外面的一般 user, 那外面 user 能幹啥裡面的 root 就只能幹啥, 應該是沒法解決問題.

需要更加安全的方案可以看一下 http://github.com/google/novm. 将container的root
fs跑在kvm下，每个container都可拥有自己的内核，也拥有自己的root权限。
