2、国内访问速度能快一点。上行和下行最好能在 1MB/s以上
3、在英国的访问速度能让人接受（出国的时候用）。
4、能看Youtube 1080P 视频（主要自己不知道怎么计算1080p视频要多大带宽）
5、不需要备案
6、性价比好，我是苦逼学生，没钱。

使用美国机房，新加坡的网络稳定性有点差。

另外有朋友推荐 http://bandwagonhost.com/cart.php ，更便宜，没试用过。
想土豪一点可以用linode 20$/m

既然提到了搬瓦工, 我就补充一下: 搬瓦工还有更便宜的 $3.99/year, $4.99/year 等方案, 对流量需求不大的话也可以考虑...

个人感觉数字海洋挺不错的，我用的新加坡的节点，ping值大概120～250左右，要带宽时也有带宽，下载个东西能跑到20Mbps。看youtube基本上不卡，前一阵子看google io直播，1080p的很稳定。

搬瓦工在国内的访问速度看线路和时间，对于访问量大的博客不推荐，最大的优势就是便！宜！年付几刀而已，拿来搭梯子还不错，ss YouTube 720P无压力（上海交大教育网），其他线路就不太清楚了，据我同学反映联通线路比较慢
