新增微信群作为(准)官方即时通讯渠道

大家好,

鉴于非官方微信群(闲聊群)已成为目前我们SHLUG事实上最活跃的交流手段, 而
telegram群作为IM渠道非常冷清, 在闲聊群也不时有较高质量的技术讨论发生.

昨天OP组经过讨论, 决定新开一个微信群作为我们即时通讯的渠道, 试运行一段
时间看看效果怎么样. 新开的技术讨论群规则同本邮件列表, 严格控制话题, 禁止
闲聊.

微信作为封闭的平台, 本身不是自由软件, 其控制权也在腾讯的手中, 并不合适作
为LUG的即时通讯手段, 但综合考虑到实用和便利性, 还是值得尝试一下的. 但是
为了弥补微信的不足, 至少需要日志(以及bot)功能.

目前github上微信的bot框架众多, 基本上都是基于web微信的, 无法完全自主运行,有
一定的管理成本, 而且随时可能被腾讯屏蔽. 语言的话是基于js或python的, 可惜
我都不熟悉. 因此, 关于日志和bot方案, 我希望大家能给一些建议.

PS, 由于是试运行, 所以微信群的加入方式就不在这里提供. 对于一直用微信的组
员, 相信已经在闲聊群里面了(或者有微信好友在里面), 在闲聊群里面有加入的方
式.

这个是原则问题。wechat有聊天审查，受监控。

这个算非常不自由软件。这个地方不能妥协的。

我的想法比较简单, 把微信作为中立的通讯信道. 而且, 作为要公开日志的技术讨
论群, 审查和监控并不是大问题.

如果想讨论敏感的技术话题, 那么欢迎来到邮件列表.

原来有telegram 群啊……原来大家还是更喜欢微信呀……那当我没说……

而且实际情况是, 有很多技术讨论确实是发生在微信(闲聊)群里面, 而没有在邮件
列表或tg里面, 者已经能说明问题了.

微信有自身的固有缺陷, 这个我在最开始也说清楚了.

所以是试运行, 即时通讯工具不光要考虑技术因素, 使用率也是非常关键的(目前
我手机上就没有irc和xmpp的app, 而用电脑的也越来越少)

关于为何不在邮件列表提供加微信群的方法, 我需要强调(澄清)一下:

1. 微信群现阶段还处于试运行阶段. 我们组织任何一个相对大的变动, 我都希望
有一段试验期. 是否合适并不是能通过简单的讨论就能得出结论的.

2. 新增的微信群是对原来非官方的聊天群中技术讨论的一个分流. 所以如果以前
不在闲聊群的, 也就没有必要加到这个试验性质的群. 毕竟我们不应该鼓励从邮件
列表转向微信. 对于以前就用微信的, 新增一个渠道有助于改善讨论环境, 对于以
前用邮件列表的, 应该继续使用邮件列表, 而非微信(至少是在试运行阶段).

3. 新的微信群加入方法已在聊天群说明过, 若本身在聊天群, 或者有微信朋友在
聊天群, 应该知道知道怎么加入. 这是为了减少不可控因素, 更好的了解试运行阶
段分流效果, 而采取的必要手段.

4. LUG一向是有地域性的本地组织, 那么参加线下聚会是非常重要的一环(否则就
和其他社区没有区别了). 来参加H4或月度分享, 也是加到微信群的一个方法(聊天
群最开始就是参加H4的成员临时组成的一个小的讨论群).
