- 深入地理解公司业务系统，思考、创新，设计能够支撑大规模服务集群的运维工具和平台
- 深度参与业务系统的设计与实施，主导系统架构的可运维性设计、容量规划；持续优化服务架构、集群性能
- 负责规划和优化服务器系统架构，提升系统服务性、服务效率及稳定性；保证服务应用7X24稳定运行
- 负责开发、完善系统监控、报警、自动部署等运维内部的自动化工具和辅助系统
- 通过技术手段控制和优化成本，通过自动化工具及流程提升运维效率
- 探索、研究新的运维技术方向
- 2年以上的LINUX工作经验，
- 深入理解Linux操作系统、体系结构，精通Python/Shell语言
- 精通nagios/cacti/zabbix监控管理工具之一，有二次开发经验优先
- 具备运维工具和系统需求分析，设计与开发能力
- 具备大规模、高可用集群的运维规划设计与实现经验
- 具有强烈的团队协作意识，高度的责任感，对工作积极严谨，勇于承担压力，逻辑思维能力强，有较强学习和创新能力
- 搜索引擎、电子商务网站运维经验
- 精通Docker, 熟悉阿里云平台
