Demo bottom -> automatically fill the textbox

Hi guys,

I have a problem when implement shiny app. I want to have a demo function like this webpage. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Under Step 1 they have

When you click on the link it inserts example data.

Is there a way to do this in Shiny?
