Hi all,

I have been trying to figure out how to run a Shiny app on an IPad with no internet connection.

Has any one else encountered a similar situation? If so, have you been able to find a workaround?

Thanks!

It's not possible, as you need a connection to a server of some kind.

What is it your app would do, exactly? Some very basic types of offline interactivity are coming soon with the crosstalk package.

Its a model than compares and visualizes the costs of various diagnostic tools to standard of care costs.  Is there any literature on the crosstalk package out yet?

Looks like there's starting to be some demand for Shiny Server iOS :)
