ShareDB 1.0 beta 🎉

Hi everyone,

With great excitement, we're announcing ShareDB 1.0 beta (version 1.0.0-beta.3), hot out of the oven. 1.0 brings documentations, example apps[*], optimizations, bug fixes and an improved, stable API. Try it out now!

If you have apps running on ShareJS 0.7, take a look at the upgrade guide. If you've been on the cutting edge, the changelog describes the most recent batch of changes. 

If you're maintaining a database adapter for ShareDB, take note: the database adapter API has changed. Specifically, many new methods now take a mandatory 'options' argument. See pull requests #93 and #96 for details.

Start by taking a look at the docs and example apps. Please, give us feedback in GitHub issues and pull requests! For example, the middleware section needs to be beefed up -- it would be great to have a demo of how to use middlewares for access control.

I'm using ShareDB (0.11 though, not 1.0) to power http://www.synaptograph.com. I'm excited to see the docs & examples getting some love—when I started building Synaptograph there wasn't even an example of how to get the client & server talking to each other.
