new office hours times + notes from last office hours

Hi all!

Here are the notes from yesterday's office hours, complete with video:

We are going to start offering office hours twice per week so we can be available for different timezones. The new days and times will be:

• Tuesdays 5pm PST for the Asian timezones
• Wednesdays 10am PST for the European timezones
