requesting specific snapshot versions via the REST API

Hi,
We're running sharejs 0.6 very successfully, and use the REST API to import the latest snapshot into our rails app when the content is ready for publishing.
We'd love to have the option to retrieve some specific, older snapshot versions of each document so we can display a timeline of changes to users, however it looks like the REST API only supports fetching the latest snapshot.
For example, assuming sharejs has a document with 2000 versions, can I fetch arbitrary historical snapshots (ie. versions 500, 1000 and 1500)?
Is that possible in 0.6? If not, is it available in 0.7 or HEAD?
