OT: Peter Conquers Iceland PARTY - Aug 27!

tl;dr - Party at the Kahns (the residence, not the bakery), 440 Gennessee (x Joost) - 3pm - August 27 

Peter has done some amazing rides, especially over the last few months, but I don't know that anything tops the beatdown he put on to win the race around Iceland.  So, we are going to celebrate Peter's epic victory with a party at our house on Sunday, August 27 at 3pm (probably going until around 6pm - Judy's on bakery hours after all!).

Kids, dogs, etc. welcome.  Plenty of secure bike parking in our backyard.  Car parking isn't bad in our neighborhood either.

We will have the grill going and food/beer/wine, etc., but feel free to bring stuff too!

Please RSVP so that we can get a rough sense of numbers.  Thanks!

Also, while I did sit on a bike and push some pedals, there were 4 other badasses there keeping me topped off with caffeine and food (who will also hopefully be at the party!)

Some additional details...

- Address is 440 Gennessee at the corner of Joost and Gennesee.  The backyard is accessible from Joost (to the left of our garage...just come on in (with bike) that way.

- We will have some lasagna, eggplant parmesan and a few other things (including dessert, of course).  In terms of what to bring, if you want to bring something to grill or some beer or snacks, those would be good options.

- If you don't want to deal with schlepping something over here but just want to pick up something nearby, there is a Safeway less than a block away on Monterey.  Also, the Monterey Deli (couple blocks down) has a pretty good selection of beers, etc.
