Note the unusual start time because I'm coming from BART.  No +1s by 8 or 9 p.m. and I might do something else.


The usual Hobe rules:

- No TT bikes or use of aero extensions
- No Headphones/Earbuds
- No Running red lights [unless it's obvious/safer to do so and all agree]
- No Swarming to the front at red lights, wait behind the cars
- Shenanigans only where it is safe enough to do so
- Always pull through, but keep a consistent pace when you get to the front
