OT: Can I borrow a pannier?

I'm going on a touring trip from Eureka to SF next week and need a 2nd rear pannier.

Would anyone be willing to loan one to me for the week? I'd rather not buy one as I don't expect to use it regularly enough to be worth the $100 cost.
