Dead Links on sf2g.com

There are a lot of dead links on sf2g.com (at least to a non-Googler), most importantly the links to the turn-by-turn directions and map for Bayway: http://sf2g.com/bayway.html.  Does anyone have detailed directions?  I found a shortened version elsewhere on this forum.
