I think some older Italian(?) steel frames use this size.

Wouldn't that be the thing to keep in the parts bin for when you run across an older Italian (?) frame?

I've had it sitting around for a long time. Rather have it in use. Seems like a small % chance I'll buy such a frame... but maybe it's inevitable after I get rid of this post due to Murphy's law.
