Driver Object not getting retain

I am using Selenium Driver 2.45.0 and firefox 31.0 version. When ever I move from one page to another using driver.click() I am getting an exception as :

Exception:

 "An exception of type 'OpenQA.Selenium.WebDriverException' occurred in WebDriver.dll but was not handled in user code

Additional information: The HTTP request to the remote WebDriver server for URL http://localhost:7055/hub/session/1a6875b6-c601-4d80-90d4-60b1ec393a2f/element timed out after 60 seconds."

 Also properties within my driver is showing timeout exception. Let me know if anybody faced this issue and what would be the solution. Thanks in advance.
