How to handle geolocation

hi everyone ,

i want to handle following steps ,plz help me

step1.click on geo-location button ,it open new MAP window
step2.user enter place[company] name ,the map window open location user have to zoom it and select the place[company].
step3.when user select place,it give latitude and longitude values.

note:my application note allow me to enter direct latitude and longitude values.
