Where can I find the javadoc file for selenium-server-standalone-3.5.0.jar?

The standalone jar (uber jar) is usually used only when one wants to spin off a Hub or a node.
Are you trying to consume this uber as a library in your lib folder ?
If yes, then you can perhaps try downloading the sources from http://selenium-release.storage.googleapis.com/index.html?path=3.5/ (I think its one of the zip files. Either selenium-java-3.5.1.zip (or) selenium-server-3.5.1.zip)
