How can i report bug to developer by just running selenium i.e. i want to report bug as 1.button is not clickable 2. on click of tab information is not showing

and at the same time i want to take screenshot too

AFAIK, there's nothing out there that can do this for you out of the box. You would basically need to build this.

As a starting point you can look at leveraging EventFiringWebDriver which lets you inject a WebDriverEventListener and think of building something around what you are looking for.
