Hi all,

I'm not able to execute my set of WebDriver tests using Firefox 5.0
with Selenium 2.0RC2. I'm getting the following exception when I
create my FirefoxDriver object.

org.openqa.selenium.firefox.NotConnectedException: Unable to connect
to host 127.0.0.1 on port 7055 after 45000 ms
at
org.openqa.selenium.firefox.internal.NewProfileExtensionConnection.start(NewProfileExtensionConnection.java:
96)
at
org.openqa.selenium.firefox.FirefoxDriver.startClient(FirefoxDriver.java:
148)
at
org.openqa.selenium.remote.RemoteWebDriver.<init>(RemoteWebDriver.java:

org.openqa.selenium.firefox.FirefoxDriver.<init>(FirefoxDriver.java:

org.openqa.selenium.firefox.FirefoxDriver.<init>(FirefoxDriver.java:

The browser is coming up fine, but no page is loaded. The exception
is thrown some time later (probably 45 seconds after trying to
connect). Is Selenium 2.0 supporting Firefox 5 right now (as of RC2)
or was that addressed in RC3 (which I'm waiting to be deployed to
Maven)?

For what it's worth, I'm also not seeing the "WebDriver" status bar
widget when the FF5 instance is opened. Does that indicate
something's wrong with the profile used to open FF?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
--Andy

I think FireFox 5 support came in with RC3, may be worth trying an upgrade.
